Michael Answers your Questions

What can you learn from Michael?

Michael brings a unique mix of perspective and experience on disability and inclusion. Because he knows from the inside what it means to be disabled, and what it means to live in a world where being different isn’t always seen as a benefit. He also understands what inclusion has to offer, and how it is generally overlooked.

Why is inclusion important?

When people of all abilities and experiences are part of the conversation, included, and integrated in our communities, it not only benefits those with disabilities, it enriches society as a whole. Michael is an accomplished advocate for inclusion and wants to facilitate others to be given the same opportunities to form more equal and enriched communities.

Who can benefit from Speaking Events?

Michael sees that those in Education, students going into Education, and our Education system as an institution need to be aware of the benefits of more inclusive classrooms, peer groups, and society as a whole. He can show Administrators, Educators, soon-to-be Educators, and young students valuable information on why an inclusive world is not only more just, but more inspiring.
